Some people get cars from their parents when they enter their senior year, but not me. She’d promised she would buy me personally what ever I needed, so long as it was a school supply. Well, that’s no problem as far as I’m concerned. I told her that I would like personalized note pads or perhaps custom graph paper. I love to write! Because I am an avid writer, I take Honors English each year. I can get behind the idea of having some fun and flashy writing paper to record all my ideas. When I am writing story ideas or poetry, I use legal pads and note pads. I like to draft blog posts on a notepad, too.
There are many different things I’m considering for my personalized note pads. Don’t expect me to choose rainbows or floral designs, though; I’m more of a tomboy than the super feminine type. I am able to purchase paper that resemble tree rings in the background. I like that idea! Maybe a pirate ship setting sail. Tigers are my favorite animal, so perhaps I should get a tiger background? I’d like the whole pad to be lined, bottom to top. I detest the small area of space at the top of lines paper. Maybe I could even customize the lines to be zig-zagged.
